I've always loved the idea of the hanging tea towels. They've been around forever but new and wonderful variations are always fun to try.
I prefer the loop style which has no buttons or velcro to worry about. It is just a simple long loop sewn on and the towel just slips through the loop to hold it in place. This is especially good for in the camper where things are constantly moving.
Lately I 've been making the standard kind with the half moon shaped top. However I did come up with one design a little on my own. The frilly top was easy to do but it was a little involved too. Basically it is put together while laid out flat, then with a grosgrain ribbon inserted inside it, the ribbon is used to pull in the gathers.
The frilly towels are great for the camper as they are a little smaller and can be hung anywhere and won't fall down.
